1. Product Overview & UV Curing Process

Cuzi Particle Board UV & PET High Gloss Chipboard utilizes a calibrated particle board substrate coated with multi-layer UV-curable polyurethane-acrylic lacquers in an inert atmosphere cleanroom, or laminated with co-extruded 0.5mm PET polymer films. Delivers a distortion-free mirror reflection (> 95 GU) with 3H pencil scratch hardness.
