Made-to-order production
Made to order. Production takes 3–10 calendar days after order confirmation. Vessel schedules, ocean transit and customs clearance are separate from production time.
Confirm the product, grade, dimensions, finish, quantity and any sample approval before production. Your order confirmation records the production start and completion schedule.
FOB Qingdao & container transport
FOB Qingdao, China, with containerized ocean transport. Freight is quoted or arranged for each order according to the destination, container plan and shipping schedule. The quotation identifies included and excluded charges.
The named loading port is Qingdao, China (CNTAO). Container type, loading quantities, packaging and gross weight are confirmed for the selected products and route. Any different delivery term must be stated in the agreed quotation.
Freight & delivery charges
Freight is calculated for the individual order. Send the destination port, product sizes, quantities and preferred shipment date so the quotation can identify the freight arrangements.
Under FOB Qingdao, the ocean freight arrangement and charges are set out with the buyer. Ocean freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and destination handling are included only when expressly stated in the quotation. We do not apply a universal freight rate.
Production time & transport time
The 3–10 calendar days cover production, not delivery to the destination. Vessel availability, the sailing route, customs clearance and onward transport affect arrival. Confirm the shipment schedule and destination arrangements for each order.
Packing & shipment documents
Agree pack sizes, protection, labels, loading quantities and unloading requirements with the order. The quotation identifies the shipment documents and any product documentation or inspection requirements.
