Eliminate telegraphing bubbles and edge tear-outs on your lamination line. Engineered on a German Dieffenbacher 42m continuous hot-press, Cuzi Raw Particle Board combines 720 kg/m³ diamond-sanded micro-faces for 80g papers with an interlocking structural core that holds screws up to 1,100 N. 100% pre-cleared for US EPA TSCA Title VI and European EN 312 P2.
Raw Particle Board (Plain Chipboard) is an industrial 3-layer wood-based panel engineered from graded pine and hardwood chips bonded under high pressure with low-emission resin. Complying with EN 312 Class P2, ANSI A208.1 Grade M-2, US CARB Phase 2, and EPA TSCA Title VI, it features an engineered vertical density gradient (720 kg/m³ micro-fine faces / 650 kg/m³ structural core) with ±0.20mm calibrated sanding for bubble-free melamine and veneer lamination.
Unlike lower-grade single-layer boards that suffer from brittle core crumbling and surface pitting, Cuzi Raw Particle Board is formed using a computerized wind-sifting airflow separator. The process deposits micro-fine wood particles (< 0.5mm) onto the top and bottom faces, while interlocking, longer structural flakes (15-25mm) form a resilient core matrix.

Authoritative direct answers on container minimums, standards compliance, and fabrication tolerances.
Our 18mm raw particle board features a calibrated 3-layer vertical density gradient: outer micro-fine layers reach 720 ± 15 kg/m³ to provide an ultra-smooth, pore-sealed surface for bubble-free paper lamination, while the structural core matrix is 650 ± 20 kg/m³ for high screw retention. Thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.20mm via inline Swiss Steinemann 8-head laser calibrated sanding.
Every production batch uses advanced low-emission MDI and E0 urea-melamine resin systems. Our in-house ISO 17025 accredited laboratory conducts daily desiccator testing, backed by quarterly third-party certifier (TPC) large chamber tests (ASTM E1333) verified by SGS and Intertek to guarantee emissions strictly below 0.05 ppm (well beneath the 0.09 ppm federal legal limit).
Yes. The 180-grit diamond-sanded micro-chip face is engineered specifically as a primary substrate for short-cycle melamine paper pressing (190-210°C, 2.5-3.5 MPa), high-pressure laminate (HPL) cold pressing, and natural wood veneer vacuum pressing with zero surface telegraphing or air bubble delamination. For a ready-finished surface, compare melamine faced chipboard. Include the intended facing material and finishing process when requesting raw-board samples.
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one 20GP (approx. 440 sheets 18mm / 8 pallets) or one 40HQ container (approx. 880 sheets 18mm / 16 pallets), yielding approximately 47.15 m³ net timber volume and utilizing the maximum highway payload limit of 26.9 metric tons. For your loading quotation, list the sheet count for each size and thickness, destination port and preferred delivery terms. Send your product mix for a quotation.
We recommend Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) or micro-grain tungsten carbide (TCT) saw blades with Alternate Top Bevel (ATB) or Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth geometry. Optimum cutting rim speed is 60 to 80 m/s with feed speeds of 15 to 30 m/min. Sizing lines should utilize an independent bottom scoring saw running at 0.5-1.0mm depth to prevent bottom face chip-out.
Because the core consists of interlocking flat pine flakes bonded under continuous heat and pressure (internal bond ≥ 0.45 N/mm²), Cuzi Particle Board provides face screw pull-out resistance ≥ 1100 N and edge resistance ≥ 850 N (EN 320). Pre-drilling pilot holes at 70-80% of screw core diameter ensures crack-free confirmat (7.0×50mm) and 15mm Minifix cam-lock assembly.
Sheets are stacked on heavy-duty ISPM-15 heat-treated timber pallets with bottom and top high-density cover boards. The bundle is wrapped in 0.08mm moisture-barrier polyethylene film, reinforced with 4mm solid particle board edge protectors along all 12 perimeter edges, and bound with 6 to 8 longitudinal and transverse high-tensile steel straps.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice with EPA TSCA Title VI statement, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin, batch-specific ISO 17025 Certificate of Analysis (COA), phytosanitary treatment certificate, and optional FSC Mix Credit Chain of Custody transfer documentation for LEED v4 green building submittals.
