We maintain pre-cut 150×150mm physical board cutouts of all 8 core panel grades and 300+ MFC decors. Physical sample evaluation kits are provided 100% free of charge (150×150mm cutouts, A4 MFC decors, and test reports). The buyer covers the initial express courier freight (via DHL/FedEx/UPS), which is 100% fully credited and deducted from your first commercial FCL container invoice.
Direct container vessels depart weekly: Southeast Asia (5-10 days), Middle East / UAE (14-18 days), Europe / Mediterranean (22-28 days), North America West Coast (14-18 days), and North America East Coast (28-35 days). Port-to-port schedules and container booking numbers are issued upon export dispatch.

Quotations are primarily denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Upon buyer request, we can execute commercial invoices in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or Chinese Yuan (CNY) based on verified central bank settlement exchange rates at the time of contract execution.
Every container departs with a pre-shipment quality inspection dossier and laboratory Certificate of Analysis (COA). In the unlikely event of transit water damage or manufacturing deviation exceeding agreed tolerances, claims filed within 30 days of container destuffing accompanied by third-party surveyor reports (e.g., SGS/BV) are resolved promptly via credit notes or replacement panels.
